We have supported junior, mid and top-tier resource companies from feasibility studies through to completion of major Projects. We have successfully managed the delivery and commissioning of large-scale, first of type renewable energy projects in the private sector.
We have supplemented client teams such as Iluka Resources, BHP and Heathgate Resources with senior project management, construction management, contract administration and site-based personnel.
ProManage provides ongoing Engineering support across a range of new Naval platforms including the Air Warfare Destroyer (AWD) and Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPV). Based on site at Techport Osborne, ProManage personnel have been instrumental in assisting with the development of bespoke technical solutions to support future Naval capabilities from inception to production handover.
ProManage has the experience and personnel to support the development of solutions across the Defence sector. Several key staff have held security clearances and have been active in the Defence sector locally and interstate.
Our team has contributed to the successful design, construction and commissioning of numerous critical utility assets, including water, gas, electricity and communication services. Assets include water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, overhead and underground high voltage transmission lines, fibre and copper communication networks and high-pressure gas infrastructure.
ProManage’s expertise is underpinned by our long-term relationships working with utility providers to ensure our Client’s key risks and drivers are understood and identified early through experience and engagement from planning through implementation.

Industrial and Commercial
ProManage provides a diverse range of services for industrial and commercial sector clients ranging from large-scale production plants to commercial buildings and facilities in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Recent project leadership roles in commercial buildings, hotel developments, large-scale commercial production facilities and hospitality and entertainment venues represent some of the recent achievements by ProManage in this sector. We are experienced in disability living, retail tenancy and mixed-use developments such as the recently completed “U-City” development in Adelaide’s CBD.
Our role in many such developments includes managing relationships and coordination with third party service and utility providers and leading the planning and approvals process ensuring specific licensing, permits, regulatory and occupancy requirements are met. ProManage is experienced in delivering light and heavy rail projects, with projects varying from minor track upgrades to high profile line extensions. Our services in rail range from site-based construction management roles to contracts, project and program management. We have experience supplementing both client-side and Contractor based teams in the rail sector.
ProManage understands and appreciates the considerable safety, quality and operational risks involved with delivering works in a brownfields rail environment. ProManage has significant experience in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary marine infrastructure including wharves, jetties and related on-shore and off-shore infrastructure. Our experience includes project and program management of steel and concrete structures, piled structures, gangways and platforms, navigation beacons, materials handling systems and associated power, lighting, fire systems, access and civil infrastructure.
We are experienced in managing remediation and upgrade works to existing brownfield sites. We manage the execution of works at operating facilities in a shut-down type manner to minimise disruption and cost to owners, users and stakeholders.
We manage stakeholder and client expectations throughout the planning, design, delivery and handover of projects in high risk, operating (brownfield) and non-operating, greenfield environments. We understand and appreciate weather and sea related challenges and risks through our hands-on approach and experience in ensuring client and project success.
Our services in Marine Infrastructure include development planning and approvals and program, project and site-based construction management in metropolitan and regional sites. Our recent clients include Flinders Ports Holdings and Peninsula Ports.
Food and Beverage
ProManage has directly managed large scale food and beverage projects ranging from $20M to $200M in capital value. Our experience includes planning and approvals, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of complex food and beverage infrastructure. We are experienced in optimising site layouts, identifying risks and working with service and utility providers to exceed time, quality and cost expectations.
A key example of our capability in this sector is our role in the delivery of a global first of type, renewal energy based 20Ha commercial scale greenhouse facility in Port Augusta, South Australia. Managing an EPC Contract, multiple work packages and interfaces including self-performing the greenhouse fit out works and the transition to operations, ProManage contributed to the success of the world first project for Sundrop Farms which currently employs nearly 200 personnel in an arid, regional environment.
ProManage has successfully delivered a commercial sale craft-style brewery for Carlton United Breweries (Pirate Life) via a managing Contractor delivery model. Valued at nearly $20M with over 45 subcontracts and nearly 100 packages of work, ProManage successfully led all elements of the Project from design, procurement, contracts, construction, WHS and the operational transition in what was the fastest built brewery in the history of parent global brewing giant AB-Inbev.
ProManage contributed to significantly reducing capital cost and successfully delivered a bespoke, yet purpose-built craft brewery, hospitality venue and office refurbishment. Delivered under budget and ahead of the stretch target this Project has forged ProManage as a delivery partner of choice in complex food and beverage production environments.
We understand some of the commercial difficulties in the agricultural sector. These include financially constrained and aging farming businesses, complexities over water rights (Murray Darling Basin Authority), challenges associated with the small scale blocks resulting from the Soldier Settlement Scheme, the rising costs of power and (in many cases) inadequate technology, telephone and internet services, indigenous land and the advent of new technologies to enable efficient production and economies of scale.
Our services to the Agriculture sector are many and varied. One of our signature projects was the development of the Sundrop Farms solar powered seawater horticultural facility at Port Augusta ($200M). Our role was to provide site based project management, contract management, construction management and surveillance services over a collection of technologies which significantly reduce the need for finite resources in comparison to conventional greenhouse production facilities.
In more recent times, we have also consulted with regional business communities to promote working together as part of the SA government’s state growth agenda.
